I started my career as a Physiotherapist in 2016 when I graduated from the University of Nottingham with a first-class honours degree. I then worked for the NHS in Nottingham, gaining experience in various areas, including musculoskeletal (MSK), neurological, respiratory and orthopaedic physiotherapy.

My early passion for musculoskeletal (MSK) led me to

specialise in this area, working as a senior in an outpatient fracture clinic and as a hand therapist alongside orthopaedic consultants. I have also worked as a senior for a sizeable private physiotherapy company, then at Stockport NHS Trust, and also at a private hospital – all of which have helped me confirm my belief in the importance of current evidence-based practice to ensure excellent patient care.

To reinforce these experiences, I also recently undertook a Masters’s Degree in Advance Physiotherapy at Manchester Metropolitan University. I have gained specialist skills for assessing, diagnosing and treating MSK conditions using hands-on techniques, exercise therapy and conservative management strategies.

I am also qualified as an APPI Pilates Instructor (Matwork 1) and have a Diploma in Sports Massage.

I am delighted to be working at Bramhall Park Physiotherapy Clinic, where I can help patients better their quality of life, whether their goal is: returning to work, hobbies or sports, relieving pain, improving mobility or enhancing well-being and fitness.

I enjoy going to the gym, attending fitness classes, and volunteering at sporting events in my spare time.
